Returns & Exchanges:  At Uptownz181 All Sales Are Final!  We do not accept any returns or exchanges.  We strive to provide the most optimal buyer experience and provide you with 100% Authentic Guaranteed Products! How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?:  In short, for standard shipping orders you should receive your package within 5 business days.  We typically process orders the same business day.  After your order is processed, please allow up to two business days for PayPal to be updated with a valid tracking number.  In compliance with PayPal's seller protection policies, For All orders over $250, signature delivery tracking will be provided.  After your order is processed and PayPal is updated with tracking please allow up to 3 business days for you to receive your package.  In some cases, you may receive the package earlier.  For all express orders, you should expect to receive your package within 3 business days.

What Shipping Method Do You Use?: Most if not all orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.  We leverage the 2 to 3 day priority mail option. When ordering on our site, you may have the option to choose express shipping.  For express orders, we vary between using FedEx standard overnight or USPS overnight express shipping. 

How Can I track My Order?: PayPal will be updated with a tracking number once your item has shipped.  An automated email will be generated and sent to the PayPal email used for payment.  You can leverage www.usps.com to attain the most up to date tracking status.
